Nominations, Application Forms and Deadlines

All students have to be nominated by e-mail (to: by their Home University .


1st June (winter semester)

15th October  (summer semester)

It is obligatory for all nominated Erasmus students to create an account in our on-line system. 

After you register and log in, fill out the Application Form and Learning Agreement. During this process you will  be ask to upload electronic photography. It is obligatory to upload
the picture since it will be used to create your student ID card.

Please remember that both forms: Application and Learning Agreement must be printed out, signed by you and Erasmus Coordinators of Home University and upload to your account together with the copy of your passport (or other identity document with photograph) and English knowledge confirmation (it should be FCE or any equivalent of this exam or other confirmation from Erasmus Coordinator, required level B2)  till:
